When Ed Baines joined the judge's panel on ITV's 'Britain's Best Dish',
he dived head first into the world of true British cooking. Hundreds of
people presented him with their take on the best food this country has
to offer. With his new book, Ed brings his take on the most iconic of
those dishes to your kitchen. From traditional homemade pies (pastry and
all!) and a delicious array of puddings, to contemporary dishes that
show Britain's ethnic diversity (a Friday night curry anyone?), follow
Ed's advice and you'll never have to grab a ready meal again... |
